We got this in our door yesterday morning and I was very excited. Then I looked at the fine print and saw they are talking about the street one block to the south of us! It does badly need redoing and they sort of did the sidewalks over there last year. So I'm happy for them, but impatient for our new road.

It appears that the relevant info in the letter was in bold print, not fine!
